Not to forget that I was given back 5 points during a game because of my opponent cheating but I was already playing another game and some type of bug made it that I didn't get my points back. Quite unfortunate.

If you suspected your opponents, you should have reported them.

If you did report them and they're not closed after a few days then either
- There's insufficient evidence of cheating
- There's no evidence of cheating
However, the perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.
