The problem with this is, that sometimes they "catch" people who don't cheat - or in this case sandbagging. I got a sandbagging strike only because I blundered a queen in a bullet match. Bullet! Plus, I'm rubbish at chess. What do you expect??

Two games against an opponent yesterday.. I got annihilated) Today.. reviewing the games Seeing where I went wrong, using Chess.com analysis His.. performance was 800 elo points higher than his rating.
Still not sure if I just had a few bad games and he was on fire... I put the first game through my Hiarcs, looking at the evaluation graph and analysis.. after a certain point it was all Hiarcs candidate moves.
So I went to block him and... I couldn't... ??? After his name there was a circle with a line drawn across it, followed by the words "Fair Play" in red. Chess.com beat me to it WOW! and gave me the rating points I lost back.
Well Done Chess.com!
I don't get it... Why Cheat? Currently I'm around 1325... if I expect to get better ... cheating is not the solution! Hard work.. and lots of board time is the only way.
It's reassuring to know that Chess.com has got safe guards in place to catch cheating.
