You got it bass ackwards. Others must prove that you are cheating. Innocent until proven guilty.

If every move you make is a poor move, then you can prove it by analyzing the game with a chess engine. But if you make ANY good moves, then there's no way to prove that you didn't use an engine for that one move. You can't prove a negative.

your 1100, i don't think you should be worrying about cheating just yet!
I played a 1400 person and won a few times and he thought i was cheating... just wondering if there is some way to not have the awkward take my word for it conversation.
No not really, but if your not using a chess engine, then your totally fine. some people accuse of cheating when they lose cause their mad.
