I've played a few games of these variations. While in Threecheck, to my surprise, I am a good player, in these two variations I really suck. Are there books or videos where these variations are explained? or is the only thing to play, play and play again? I know that the principles are those of normal chess, but Crazyhouse is something in itself, 960, all 960 openings should be studied, but I haven't found anything about it. For now I play against bots, but honestly I'm learning very little.
