Chess and Eating?

if it works for you...who can argue, but

eating is on the borderline of concscious behavior....me thinks.

Lets talk multi tasking....I can eat ( chew and swallow) without much attention...but don't get much satisfaction from that. Eating food, drinking water keeps us alive..try 3 days without food and water....that experience is gonna hurt.

1. What do you mean by satisfaction?

2. I'd rather not do the red part unless I have to.

satisfaction is doing something with a goal or target to enliven my life. could be emotional, economical, sexual or just plain illogical fun. could be quiet meditation that nobody knows about. could be just taking my dog for a walk.

i find it difficult to support the argument that eating  ( during a game)a is gonna make a difference in the outcome. It (eating) will probably help a person who has  not eaten in the past few hours....just plain blood sugar levels, but if I guy can't see a triple knight fork check coming in on his king, queen and favorite bishop...no amount of pasta is going to fix that.

I do better at chess when I have no pants on. Something about the ventilation that helps.

I did that once... And that is why I may never return to the park.

It's not that I can't do anything when I'm not eating, I just happen to do better. The blood sugar levels increase the energy, which increases the concentration. This is just my theory.
