Start with Classic, then play blitz.
Classic helps you analyse deeper, blitz helps you analyse faster and also give you more experience in learning. Install good engine and never forget to review with 3600 rated engines as well.
disagree. i struggled at 900 CFC for like 7 months when i first started, then i started practicing A LOT and my peak chess.com rapid is over 2000, and my peak blitz is 1900+. My IQ is probably trash even though I haven't tested it.

The rating depends on the rating list e.g. the tcec rating list has top engines 3900+ while on ccrl the max 3700

so what are you now? 1200 otb?
Improve your training method. Do more tactics, read more books, hire a coach etc. There is a limit to how much you can improve with a certain training method. Once you hit that limit you just have to improve the training method

but no one plays FIDE. he could very easily be the equivalent of 1500 USCF/CFC or your national rating equivalent to that rating is.
To be good at chess you need to think logically and have the ability to concentrate. So if you want to improve then you need to study chess, not only play chess. If you'll do the same things all over again you'll get almost the same results. Learn from your mistakes and become a better chess player.

He doesn't play fide, To get a rough estimate ov his fide I used a rating conversion tool that converted his national rating into fide.

We all know Chess and IQ are not directly related ...
but the Luck part is true as some people are born.
