CHESS and perception

I've noticed some people talking about whatever going on in their various countries here and there. I've also seen people talk about trump who don't have a USA flag.

It's kinda been a weird year. I've lived in the US my whole life, so i don't know much about what people in other countries say about whats going on in the US. Our leader (who didn't even win the popular vote, but thats another issue) is saying some things that concern other countries that are less than positive. So, i've been wondering; outside of america, is the US situation being seen as a joke, or a legitiment thing to fear? also, when someone see's an american flag on a profile, is there any added distaste for whats happening?

urk

Yeah, there are people in California who actually want to secede at this point.
