you obviously dont know much about heroin in the uk pal, most heroin from afghanistan hits the uk via turkey, and liverpool, been going on for about 30 years now, and the turkish mafia are knee deep in it, doesnt matter if the have mules doing it for them, they are still apart of the organisation, with family all over turkey and england

yes you are right.. afghanistan turkey, yeah i have forgotten that. But concidering that in turkey they are worry free and no problems with law enforcement, if they do let family members do the high risk stuff, then damn they must be really some hated dishonored family members.

Haha mafia, heroin, nukes, india, pakistan, IRA, UK accents --- howd this post get stared again?

Might go play some chess now!

Scottrf

So, is chess expensive?

Only if the Turkish Mafia smuggle your chess board out of Afghanistan and through the port in Liverpool.

Chregg

@tetsuoshima, yes they let family do it, because they are "loyal", loyalty means more than money to organisations like that, same as the yakuza and chinese triads, and thats why you cant mess with them, thats why they can operate at an international level, "family loyalty" , they are prepared to die for it, being japanese i hope you appreciate that

Gilded_Candlelight

I just want to post in one effin thread that doesnt get locked!

I can just imagine shady characters standing on street corners handing out pawns to innocent kids to get them hooked, knowing tomorrow they'll be back to buy buy Knights and Rooks.....

Chregg

crminals in the uk will happily sell them self out because they are drivin by money, not loyalty, and thats what the organisations like i mentioned realise and take advantage of

Chregg

" I just want to post in one effin thread that doesnt get locked! " i hope it doesnt either cuz wat im talking about is real life chess, a big dirty game, war of attrition

'Awww C'mon man, £25? You were only charging £10 for a bishop last week'

'Well kid, it's a sellers market'

As you get better you should start winning price money. I know I did. Trouble is of course that you then move up and meet heavier resistance making it harder to win.

Btw online chess should make it much cheaper to play. I don't get why chess clubs don't arrange fide chess tournaments over the internet. Of course it would have to take place where the computers can be monitored. It would be like a lan party xD

thats not being the point but if its an intelligent, determined and good working family member, why would you risk him put in jail. When  they can have other people do it.

And also yakuza have their associates.

TetsuoShima

but anyway, where money is involved family stops. You cant even trust your family when its about money.

TetsuoShima

Well maybe you can but i would never ever trust another person with my money. Not family no1

TetsuoShima

but that being said i believe japanese are still the most honorful people in everyday life.

I know you cant judge by ther heritage what a person comes from. But in general i would guess social pressure and education makes the japanese the most honorful people i ever encountered in my life. I have went to many places and they for example sell you old food, but sushi cooks are always honest. They are also so nice and helpful and well mannered. Women always think before they carelessly say something wrong.

Well its all subjective but i believe it to be true.

You serious? From what? The killing dolphins? Trying to cover up nuclear accidents? Nanking?

TetsuoShima

well the dolphin stuff has nothing to do with honor, yes the nuclear accident isa good point. But still japanese people in general i believe in the majority of times are more honest.

You know when you go to a restaurant and eat sushi and the guy running it just asian and not japanese, there is a big chance u get diarrea, badly cutten fish and no sashimi quality fish.

in everyday life, i find japanese the most honorful and nices people

Scottrf

So you may end up with little incidents like Nanking, or deformed by nuclear pollution, but at least the sushi is good?
