What are  the daily routines that can help you become a daily Player?

This is what i currently have for daily practice.

-15 Puzzles

- 2 10 minutes games

- Game Report/Analyze both 2 games

- Sticking to one Opening

- Studying my Chosen opening with Explorer

Yeah.

That’s great! Generally training to see tactics will give you the best return of time investment to improve your chess skills, but if you’re reviewing your games you should notice trends in your mistakes and then hone in your study time on fixing those. Daily is better than binge studying though so good for you!

Yeah.

He asked you "why". Wdym by "yeah"? I would suggest playing rated because it helps you focus and trains you to play under pressure.
