Ordered a chessboard directly from Manopoulos.com spend $375 us to get it here to Texas . I thought the board was nice but the customer service has been horrible . They were very selective in responding to my emails and when I received my board I noticed it was damaged and did not come with a certificate . The website says you can return/ exchange within 15 days for warranty claims. I have. I attempted to complete a warranty exchange and have not received a response to any of my inquiries . Initially they blamed the damage on shipping which is impossible . The damage to the board is outwards and seeing as to how it was enclosed in a case and there is no damage to the case says this happened at the factory. Such a shame , I would have definitely ordered more products and even considered a second board initially . Base off my experience I would not recommend them . I would buy the board from a third party vendor with better quality control.
