I am starting chess books out and rated 1600. I want to learn queens Gambit as white and need a book which either completes all attacks or all variations and books on each of them. also how to read chess book. do we memorise all the theory or just like 5-6 moves and play from there any help is appreciated thanks!

Don't memorize but understand! Then play and after each game compare with the book and by that deepen your understanding.

Schandorff's book on the Queen's Gambit can be recommend ed.
