Most beginner chess books would be fine, but maybe Murray Chandlers kid chess books would be good
I have an 8 year old grandson who has recently shown an interest in learning to play chess. My chess book collection is very old and would be interested in some books which are current and that a bright 8 year old could read and understand - assuming he knows how the pieces move but nothing else. Thanks for any suggestions.
