Just check my recent 10-20 rapid games 70-80% accounts been closed, 5% closed their own account before getting caught, another 5% playing smart (so not getting caught ) but they still play unfair.
So only 10% playing themselves without any help or assistance. I'm not imagining this stuff.
I think we all know what I'm talking about here.
Sure chess.com returns points SOMETIMES, but recently my opponent commit a crime once again and then just closed their own account BEFORE chess.com did anything! So conclusion : I didn't get my rating points back !
My suggestion to chess.com :
1. Don't let new accounts play rapid games STRAIGHT AWAY ! Let them play say 10 , 20 games of blitz first, or a few bullet games . That way we can see at least ROUGHLY their skills level .
2. Don't just check their rapid play games on quality, you also need to see their blitz , daily and other stats. If he played more then 1000 games of blitz and never was higher then 1600 rating , then it's probably NOT a miracle, that somehow he's playing 2000+ rating on rapid !
3. Before creating an account chess.com asks you what level are you !? So if he created brand new account and all his stats say 800 or 1600 then how come suddenly he's playing 2200+ rapid chess !? I mean it's obvious! Ches's. Com it's OBVIOUS ! do something about it!
Please community suggest more options, it seems chess.com can't control rapid ratings !
