I was wondering what chess clock I should use for a USCF chess tournament. I know the excaluber II is the official clock but most reviews I have read about it is that it is cheaply made. I am looking to purchase either a Satiek 3 or a DGT North American. Can these both be programmed to support the 40/2 and SD/1
