Looks like something I'd give a whirl if I were lower rated. Can't hurt!
It sounds like many a scam out there. Stay clear. I see them every day in my line of work.

$1 for a week doesn't sound very scam like to me. Sure I may ask for credentials prior to purchase but $1 seems like a cheap gamble to me.
There are many scams involving small amounts of money. What is the risk? Only a small amount of money to the individual. But the scammer makes thousands and millions, depending on how many people he scams. Credentials only make a scam more profitable for the scammer.

ok im not rated that high n at times i have my mmets in chess but ive been playing for abt 20-25 years n i still dont get it so do u think u could help me i love the game bu eve lower rated players beat me alot im ratatouie on chess.com

If 30% will be given to the development of chess infrastructure in African countries, our friend anticipates making a lot of money it seems to me.
I am thinking of starting a scam whereby I will give 31% (!) to the development of chess infrastructure amongst the penguins in Antartica (I chose Antartica as against the Artic because it is closer to home and therefore there will be less travelling costs).

Plus the fact that there are no penguins in the Arctic, so if you were going to donate to them it would expose your scam immediately.
