Chess.com account support mailbox is undeliverable

I got a closed account email from Chess.com support with the option of 'reply acknowledging you offense and the account would be considered for reactivation". However, every reply I send to accounts@chess.com or account@chess.com gets bounced back as undeliverable. When I use the
