Isn't this a checkmate or not because it didn't say checkmate? Please put what you know about this glitch because since the king has nowhere to move and he has only pawns to place but the pawns can't be placed on the 1st or 8th rank.

We still won by timeout.

If he isn't out of time he can always potentially get a different piece to block the check, so just cuz he has no possible move at the moment doesn't mean he won't in the future.
