Please elaborate. Windows (10 and 11 I assume) gives you a warning that the publisher and creator is unknown. This is stated in the summarized first notification.
When clicked on "More Information" this is stated again in a few more words, but there appears a button "Run anyway", since it is not a virus (as far as I am aware of) it is just a not so popular application

I assume that is the notification you are speaking about. Both my anti-virus software and Windows defender didn't pick it up as malicious. Windows Defender picked it up as not popular.

I can sort of live with kids not knowing how to read cursive or an analogue clock... but not knowing what a website is and thinking everything is an app... come on now.
