Chess.com getting disconnected even with perfect internet.

If you open another apps, chess.com disconnects. Also don't open other tabs while playing live games because that is suspicious for the cheat detector algorithm.
It is okay to listen to music. You are just not allowed to stay on other websites for a long time, so come back quickly. Also, if you are not cheating, you will not be banned.
During game I usually open other taps like youtube and twitch to enjoy music while playing on chess.com but during the game I usually get disconnected and loss the game while youtube and twitch working very fine that time what's the issue here?
