It's caused by people posting in forum threads about the site being down, bogging down the site.
It's a causality loop people.
Well that's some pretty bad servers then.
That's not the reason. When there's back-end issues constant reloads and forum posts about it probably don't help though.
And that sir, is called a missed opportunity.
