Paragraph one- fair enough, I didn't see him do that. That is simply awful behaviour that chess.com shouldn't tolerate.
Paragraph 2- it is against chess.con rules to make threads about cheaters, (I meant illegal as in the chess.com sense, not the law sense, I guess my metaphor afterwards was probably confusing, sorry.) chess.com sees a cheating thread, sees that the poster didn't take the time to read the rules, is being a hypocrite, and so they won't take you seriously. Just send them a ticket. Saves you time, saves them time, might get a result.
Paragraph three- thanks, although I doubt they actually check cheaters only reported by one person, I'd imagine at least three people have to report someone before they are investigated- chess.com gets hundreds of cheating accusations a day, most of which are false.
Some people lost their common sense...
