And if you become a member there are 0 ads. That’s how it works. It’s not a new concept.

My ad-blocker (UBlock Origin) says "5" blocked on this page. And I never see any ads on Chess.com at all.
If I saw 72 ads blocked on this page, I'd start worrying about possible malware. Not to alarm you - but you might want to do a full system scan with your antivirus program, just to play it safe ... Adware is a type of malware that can flood your browser with excessive ads ...
