Chess.com obviously hates me

My internet connection is ok my signal was okay everything was operating okay and as soon as I start winning they drop out the signal I don't know why they do that maybe they just hate me

Blunder-busta

If it was fair my rating would be 1600 but they don't want that for some reason I'm being punished I don't know why

justbefair

Or, maybe they don't hate you and other people lose their connections too sometimes because the connection from the chess.com server to the Internet is just one of the many steps your signal has to travel.

Only happens when I'm winning? I've been on chess.com for 15 years so this is pretty weird this has never happened like this before

MrChatty

Disconnections are normal for chess.com user interface

What happened to the 15 years? I think you meant 15 days.

I actually had to renew my account to see if it would clear the problem but it didn't work

Blunder-busta

Whatever's going on it's bloody weird

HonestHufflepuff

What’s the old one then?

TheRealXtream

Yeah don't bother trying to fix the problem just ramble on about nothing challenge me to a game and then we'll see 15 years of experience

Yeah, a guy with an insane conspiracy theory, a suspicious account and some nice verbal abuse is certainly someone people would like to play with.

Blunder-busta

Yeah a guy with some serious problems for sure I'll agree with that one serious problems no doubt about that that's not conspiracy at all

Blunder-busta

Extremely suspicious always signal dropping out when I start winning very weird

Blunder-busta

And renewing my account didn't help at all

Try buying some membership, one guy told in another thread that he won 200+ points right after he had become a chess.com's member

Sorry guys I had a problem. Basically I was playing on my tablet and after I moved my opponent didn't play anything and his timer run out till and then nothing else appeard on my screen. Now I'm on my PC and it results that my opponent actually made a move and I'm the one who lost on time. How is this possible? Thanks

I'm sure Chess.com has a secret “Disconnect This Genius” button just for you. They probably hold emergency meetings the moment you start winning:
"Sir, they're up a rook — initiate signal sabotage!" Pretty wild how the global chess conspiracy always kicks in right when someone's ahead on the board. Must be exhausting for them to keep up!

You just got disconnected while your opponent did not
