Chess.com on Ipad is dead

On Ipad, in updated newly installed Firefox with Performance and Functional Cookies enabled, the chessboard doesn’t appear so the site is unusable for playing chess and resolving puzzles. The AI helping bot can’t help and the human team of chess.com is hiding behind AI. They don’t respond to messages I sent to chess.com.

I think it’s time to move on. Thanks God for Lichess.

Chess.com have become to intrusive in Personal Data grabbing. The problem resides in new changes in chess.com site and has nothing to do with Firefox. A few days ago the site worked just well.

Which version of Firefox is that? This is. The first I've heard with issues with that browser. Older versions of Safari and the beta Chrome have issues, with the latter being worked on for sure

Have you tried the app?

Now I have Firefox 138.1 (54854) since I updated it, at AI bot’s suggestion. The chessboard doesn’t appear also for the old Firefox version I had prior to update to this one, and the problem started there. A few days ago the site was working with that version just well. I didn’t change anything, but at a moment the chessboard stoped to appear, so now I can’t use the site. On the app I can see the board, but I don’t like the layout, it’s better the site on the browser. On the app, for example, I can’t see the Puzzle leadership for my country. I shouldn’t be restricted, or forced by chess.com to use the app, only for their interests in grabbing more personal data from me (because, I think this is the case, since I am not a paying customer). Now they will lose me for good, if they don’t fix the problem they have created.

Staff made an update yesterday to fix a problem with Safari. Are you still seeing issues?

Firefox 138 has been working on Android.

I received an email form Francis (Chess.com) announcing me they fixed the problem. I just tried now on Firefox (138.1) and the chessboard appears and works as usual. I resolved my 3 puzzle/day, Puzzle Rush and Puzzle Battle.

I’m happy. I’ll post this to other forum threads, where I complained.

I just hope the site to stay this way, no more bugs.

Thank you for assistance, man, since Chess.com doesn’t answer to Messages, that’s why I complained on the Forum in the first place.

Have a great day.
