Chess.com or Lichess?

I like both to be honest but here is a list of pros for each:

Chess.com:

Better analysis, more players

Lichess:

everything else

Lichess just is so much better designed, you don't have to pay to do more than 3 puzzles a day, you can pick your opponent's rating, you can participate in simuls so on... Chess.com was just created first and has more players, apart from that the only real thing that sets it apart from lichess is its analysis. 

I am not trying to say that Chess.com is bad, just wondering what people think, this is my opinion.

I much prefer lichess for tactics. They allow you to play through the entire game which allows you to see how the tactic was setup.

I imagine that, if you paid for Chess.com's full membership, it would be significantly better than lichess. But lichess already has stuff like public studies, better puzzles, better servers etc so atm I'm fine.

Honestly I signed up for diamond at the suggestion of a former coach. I cancelled auto renewal. Its not a matter of cost. I just didnt find the extras useful for my chess growth.

All I'm going to say is that chess.com needs to add studies. I especially like interactive ones.

Have you clicked on Learn? They have tons of things to study.

Yes. I have clicked on learn. Lichess has the ability to create your own chess studies. Which is great for building and practicing a repertoire. I'd love it if chess.com gave members this functionality.

Yes they do and i mean no offense by this by the vast majority of them are not even worth being free. I think it would be nice if this site allowed members to create lessons. But...they would also need to be reviewed.

That's not the point I'm making. I want the ability to create my own chess studies from books and other sources for my own use. For example, I've created an interactive study with all of the puzzles from Silman's Reassess Your Chess. Chess.com does not have this functionality, which is one of the reasons why I use lichess.

I don't disagree with what you are saying. If you are looking at publicly shared studies, the selection is hit or miss.

Silmans how to reassess your chess on here is completely interactive. Unless im missing what youre saying...which is entirely possible.

From a novice's POV, both are good and both are different. Chess.com is much easier to navigate, is more logically structured, and seems more oriented to the lower echelons of players. Lichess has more features and seems oriented to the mid-ranks of players, but it can be difficult to use and to find the various features. I use both.

Exactly. No need to choose between one or the other. Both can be used.

This is my setup on lichess.

Both are Good. lichess is for free but chess.com is not. While chess.com has bots to play with and lichess does not have. Both have puzzles, puzzle rush and puzzle battle. But i prefer both. Because both are too good.

But lichess is too boring n does not suit me
