Normally I use a mainstream box with a several years old 12-core/24-thread Ryzen 9 Pro 3900 and 16GB DDR4. Not a top machine by any means, but still fast enough.
Both your iPhone and my box will come to the same verdict if given enough time, but it's not a very good idea to stress a smartphone's CPU for a long time because of heat (which is a non-issue for a PC with a good aftermarket CPU cooler).
