so when you are doing puzzles and if you don't get the answer there is a hack that needs to be fixed by chess.com.

so you simply press the button of hint and then press the button of move so you get the answer and if you play that move you lose rating but if you after pressing the button of move if you reload the page you will get the answer and if you play it your rating won't decrease.

LOL really? I wont abuse it, because frankly I would only be cheating myself.

But if that works, yea they need to fix it.

I hate pressing that move button, demolishes your score.

Puzzle rating is just for you, you can cheat and it doesn’t matter, chess.com doesn’t care because it doesn’t ruin other people’s experience, it’s just stupid because the only reason you do puzzles is to improve and if you want a false puzzle rating ok sure

I found this hack also. I use it only when I accidently tap the "hint" button - which is very easy to do and needs to be fixed. Chess.com collects a lot of $ from users and should fix this type of thing. I first wrote about the problem with the hint button over 3 years ago and nothing. I agree with the previous entry. Chess.com does not seem to care. However, the hint button problem does ruin my puzzle experience quite frequently and results in a false puzzle rating.

The "new puzzle" button becomes the "hint" button after the puzzle starts. Since the mouse pointer is already on the button, any false movement will activate the hint and take points away. Please, please, fix this.

thanks for the support

On the website the button is inactive for a few seconds after the puzzle loads.
