Chess.com puzzle ratings problems

Hello everyone, my name is Ethelstan and I would like to say that lately on chess.com, I found some gaps in my puzzle rating. For example, yesterday I reached 3414, it drops to 3388. And, when I went to do a new puzzle, I hadn't paid much attention but I remember that it was showing that my rating was around 3400. And, when I solved the puzzle, my rating went up to 3412. I think this is impossible to happen, because all the puzzles I've done so far on chess.com would take me from a rating like 3388 to 3412.

Yeah, but what I meant is, how come my 3388 rating suddenly, without doing any puzzles, jumps around 3400? I'm saying it like I have the puzzle rating like 3388 and suddenly, without doing anything, it's around 3400.

What do you mean? Im just talking about a ches.com puzzle rating problem.

I'd say that you probably have a faulty memory.

But what I said was that, on chess.com, it was showing that I had a 3388 rating on puzzles. And, when I had to open a new tab on chess.com to solve the puzzle, at the same time, my rating was around 3400. And it would hardly be a memory problem.

For example, in the third last puzzle I did, it said that my puzzle rating was 3404 and it jumped to 3412, in my tab, for some reason, it was 3388 and when I solved the puzzle, it jumped to 3412. This happens with me for a few weeks now, and this is hardly a problem with chess.com either.

I also wanted to know if this happens to people who do a lot of puzzles.

Your history shows that you have not been at that rating.

Site errors do occur. Screenshot them.
