Yes, this is fairly close for most players - maybe online slightly higher depending on how much they play OTB USCF Quick Swiss though
My local chess club opened a month or so back, but we haven't gotten back to rated events yet because of low turnout ever since the pandemic (oof). Still wear masks for the pandemic though (even though I've been vaccinated for months now), but I'll be glad when we finally reach herd immunity and rated chess events return

same in my city we use to have tournaments monthly the last tourney was in March and there wasn't one ever since.
I was checking my USCF rating the other day and I notices it was very close to my chess.com rapid. My USCF is 866 and my chess.com rapid is 876.
