At what rating in chess.com do you guys think there's little any difference in skill and the difference only in rating number, specifically in rapid?
I do not think such a rating exists because the way rating is designed, it measures a statistical relationship among the population.
Barring having a provisional rating, when you haven’t played enough games to have an accurate rating, the rating will measure a difference in skill.
It may not be noticeable when comparing to users within ten points of one another, but a player with, say, 50 points higher than another is likely to noticeably outperform the other on average.
