I think chess.com rapid ratings are inflated by about 300 points compared to FIDE (in the UK at least), so CM = 2500, NM = 2500, FM = 2600, IM = 2700, GM = 2800 (bear in mind this is at the point of qualification, so you may see titled players below this, especially if they don't have a lot of games on chess.com)
