Chess.com vs Lichess

Has anyone else found that, for whatever reason, it’s much easier to get your rating up on lichess then it is on chess.com? I am approaching 1600 blitz on lichess. Maintaining 1400 on here is a struggle. It also seems like players on lichess resign hopeless positions more often when you’ve played a really good game and deserve the win. They don’t try to do anything possible to run your clock out as often. I just played a game where I was up a rook pair in the end game and the other person won on time by five seconds. I am so tired of that bs. Thoughts?
