Yeah ok. That is true. I just say linchess is also good.
chess .com vs lichess
To me, both websites have their pros and cons. Lichess's free analysis and unlimited puzzles make me put it slightly higher in the rankings than Chesscom for the free player, but Chesscom is definitely better if you don't mind paying a subscription due to the analysis being more beginner-friendly with the best moves/great moves/missed wins, etc. system & the puzzles being of higher quality. Also, Chesscom's anti-cheat detection system is unmatched.

i find it ironic how people are advocating for lichess on a chess.com forum
Because it is more practical than chess.com. If I want to save a bunch of annotated games, I can in Lichess Study which I can also use the opening explorer whenever I want an easily filter what I want to look at. The one site that is better than Lichess that is paid is either GChess or ChessBase but even the free version of Gchess is amazing. If I am looking for a master game in a certain opening, Chessbase Players is the best place to find them and then put them into a Lichess study to go over and analyze.
Also, you need to bring it to people's attention somehow

Lichess studies are very useful. Yesterday I was looking online for information on the Kling and Horwitz defensive technique in rook endings and found an exceptional study that covered the most important ideas in rook endings. Naturally, I added it to my favorites.

A lot of times you need to find a few good study creators. Eric Rosen, Shrekify, and EKAFC do a great job. Although I do want to see that study if you don't mind

chess.com has a better community aspect, but lichess is more puzzle/training focused
That's right...

lichess is horrible
I don't think horrible is the right word. I mean, c'mon. U probably never played on linchess so i guess that's why u r saying this.

I like both. I'm usually on team lichess, but I have discovered that chess.com has a lot of merit as well. Chess.com has much more active members, meaning more online games and forums are more active. It takes a bit to be matched in a classical game on lichess. I don't think you can really say one is better than the other in my opinion, but there are plenty of reasons to choose one over the other.
I like Lichess more. Even when I had premium, I didn't really watch the videos or use the premium benefits except for analyzing games which I do solely on Lichess. Also, I can create studies of the books I'm reading which is very convenient when I come up against a Grunfeld to see what moves to play and why. Here is one of my finished studies if you want to check.
That's because you didn't use the membership so you have no experience of using it.

Eric Rosen’s study on the Stafford Gambit is also among my favorites. I link to it from one I put together on the bad pin.

it's *lichess* and not 'linchess'

The pro and cons of lichess and Chess.com
Lichess:
no lagging issues
smart in-game functions (berserk, take-back move request)
no game interruption after arena timeout
Chess.com
best game analysis tool
great learning content (puzzles, lessons, ...)
daily-game tournaments
multiple premoves in the browser-version
many lagging issues and bugs

when i didn't had premium i watches the vidoe's to learn, but now when i have it i don't watch them...

Whether you allow take-backs is an option. I have mine set to off. Seems that used to be an option on chessdotcom, too.
I’ve seen very little lag on either site, but both of them occasionally have this issue.
The aborting of games when Arena ends on chessdotcom is subject to abuse. On Lichess, I’ve seen a lot of players abandon the game and take the loss.
Ok. I don't say 'LoL LiNcHeS BeTeR'. My opinion is linchess seems bit more pro. Thats all. Nice day!
Impression. Fine.
My experience is that there are more titled players actively playing on chessdotcom.
