I'm not a chess content streamer, but I know you could start with maybe considering Twitch for live streams or reaching out to some club owners and trying to really get your content out there. Mainly a lot of advertising! Also try to post more of those shorts, those are very entertaining from my percpective! Other than that, hmm also maybe collabs/playing viewers to, nothing else I can think of, really..

It takes time to build a base of viewers/clients in any enterprise/business. Don't assume that it's an overnight thing. The more engaging and inviting your content is for the target audience, the faster it would be to have people come to you, but even then there's an initial delay (in my knowledge and experience).
I work hard and make chess content and put effort in thumbnails and everything yet I don't get recognized or no one has seen my videos and stuff. Any tips in general?
