Chess courses

like how are they different from just analyzing games, watching videos and just practicing with puzzles?
They are not. There are many ways to improve. A lot has to to with personal preference and with how much €$ you are willing to spend. I'd prefer a good chess book over a course, but that's just me.
Genuine question, since I've thought about it for a while: how do chess courses help improve at chess? I'm curious because I'm not exactly sure how they can be helpful for improving, like how are they different from just analyzing games, watching videos and just practicing with puzzles?
