chess dot com stealing money from users

I cancelled my subscription a long time ago and last week I get a renewal email and it want me to change my credit card. I could see it was on the premium subscription, so I said fine. I added my card and now they charged my for diamond.

There is no where you can remove your card or complain. the only person you can talk to is there BOT AI.

This site is just trash now. 

Getting through the AI help can be challenging but it can be done.

Look for a "Contact Support" link and when asked why you want to contact support, click on refund.

impossible to find, the only button I have is even close to that is "contact agent" then you get a message they will contact you in 1-4 days.
