Chess Engine without Positional Understanding?

I'm looking for a chess engine (or to tweak one), that has ZERO positional parameters built into it and works 100% on pure tactics for material gain and checkmate. This means:

1. It doesn't care about the center

2. It doesn't care about open files/diagonals (per se)

3. It doesn't care about development

4. It doesn't care about backward pawns, openings, doubled pawns etc etc.

In other words, it is PURELY material based and checkmate based.

I want to experiment with such an engine and see if I can beat it at full strength with positional principles, even though it has fantastic tactical skills.

Does such an engine exist? Can I tweak the parameters of an existing engine to make this happen?

It's not possible. Any engine trying for mate would have to use positional principles including the center, development, open files and diagonals in order to get into positions where tactical solutions became available.

Why not just play some games here?

I'm looking for something to have with me all the time, where I can just leave a position and come back to it the next day. Or on a  flight where I don't have an Internet connection.

I think checkmate is definitely possible - after all, even absolute beginners to chess manage to checkmate their opponents. Moreover, trying to achieve checkmate against a tactically perfect opponent will an interesting exercise to me. Even if that opponent knows nothing about positional play or openings.
