Cool. Offer foods to your opponent. Good idea. Thanks.

It's still possible that Magnus is a secret vegan and eats the plant based versions of yogurt and omelets and is just leaving that information out to keep an advantage over others 😜 Who actually knows what he does. That could be one reason he's so good!

yes once a friend offered me a chocolate before we played a game of 3, funny thing I lost in the middle of the 3rd game because I got violent diarrhea and lost the 3rd game causing me to lose our little chess grudge battle, still can't understand why he would give me a expensive chocolate to go with our coffee such a great friend.

I do love coffee ☕️ But the freshly squeezed lemon shot will also keep u alert + a peppermint. Although a total disaster for the teeth 😝 Still perhaps better than coffee. Caffeine can keep you awake but can also screw up concentration.

"Scientists have experimented with feeding spiders flies laced with different stimulants, and the results were eye-opening. When exposed to caffeine, the spiders spun some of the most erratic, disorganized webs ever seen—total architectural disasters!"

So... yeah whatever works for you but keep an open mind about changing things up. The element of surprise seems to be crucial and the same thing might not work very many times. When you keep switching things up it keeps things interesting. That's just my personal experience. Sure u can keep relying on one food/drink forever if that helps you.

I still have mixed feelings about whether it's good or bad to eat while playing. I usually avoid that and just have something before games. I think it depends on the person if chewing on gum or eating nuts or chips etc. is helpful while playing or not. It seems to help some while others might become distracted.
