Actually, a women-only group can only be run by a woman, since if it is run by a man it is violating its criterion for existence.
Chess for women.

Wow, finally I'm qualified for something.
You are, yes, bravo!
A circumcision went terribly, terribly wrong. Who would have known 27 years later there would finally be a silver lining.

You can run it without being a member. Well you can't, but lets assume you could.
That's what I mean; on chess.com, you run a group, you're in the group. So it's an impossibility.

why? Its as natural as having a wet dream
Bronsteinitz: sure, but not everything that is natural is necessarily an entertaining subject

I never said *can only be run by a woman* I said it SHOULD. In most cases its a mans dream to be in a group where they are the only male. But think about it. How can women talk about womens issues with a man round? Would any man on this thread get all het up and bothered if women started discussing what is the best method for sanitary protection during their time of the month?
I don't know, depends on the man. Who says a man would always interfere with such things? Of course, I can understand that it would be difficult to initially trust him. But what if, for instance, the man had a good reputation? Would that change anything?
@Scottrf: Just read your response. A much better one, at that :)
