How is this match a draw?

Your opponent ran out of time but you only had your king left so because you have not enough material to give checkmate it is a draw.

You don't have enough pieces on the board to mate your opponent. You should be happy with the draw, just another 2 or 3 second on your opponent's clocks, you would have been mated.
