Race isn’t supported by biology. It simply defines physical characteristics such as skin color, hair texture etc. I am what people would call African American, even though my mother is almost half Pakistani, about 15-20% white and the rest being black.
So in essence, this proposal is in effect saying: “Concessions should be made for anyone bearing these physical characteristics.”
Less than 10 African Grandmasters has to do with social exposure and educational opportunities that were provided in past times. Thankfully, things are somewhat changing (albeit slowly).

You don't live in the real world. Your physical appearance literally coincided with your country of origin and ethnic race, your skin colour and facial structures are a part of your national-ethnic origin no matter how hard you try to deny it.
As for a lack of social exposure and educational opportunities, I would like to hear you explain why this happens to be the case. You make it out as if white people are favouring whites over blacks for academic roles, which we know isn't true. Any form of systematic racism is only on a bureaucratic level and I can assure you the working class white man has been nothing but accepting and kind to black people. Don't blame the awful actions of a minority of Bolsheviks leftist morons on the white working class.

The colours of black and white on a chess board have nothing to do with the skin colour that certain people have. You are making it out as if the colours on a chess board were somehow intended as insults towards people of colour, they weren't. The colours of each side of the board weren't picked because of any specific race and nobody is losing out because of it. You are making it out as if black people are literally forced to go second in a game of chess while white people or people of other races get to go first.

Theyre already all at a learning disadvantage, so they’re not gonna be able to easily catch up to the person whose parents are in professional jobs.
