chess is just a game of luck

I'm Kyu, I'm a hobby chess player since now over 4 years. I'm also organizing a lot of chess tournaments, I'm managing a chess team, etc... but I have serious issues for improving my chess currently!

I feel I'm at a level where I need someone to play with and discuss at the same time we play! I'm not finding anyone at my level in real life, who has time to improve with me by playing a lot of games...

I'm not someone who's deep into theory and all this stuff. I just play and I correct my mistakes in the next game. But right now I'm stuck.

SO, I am looking for someone rated around 2500 to play games with me on a regular basis and chat in voice chat at the same time (for example with Discord)
I am looking for someone serious, over 18, and with good speaking in either English, French or German.
