Also, it's not sexist either, the queen is still really powerful. If the queen was the more important piece, you would be complaining about how the queen would be too fragile and the king, very strong.

Why are we even arguing about this?!? Do you think that creating an argument and being overly dramatic over who goes first in Chess is helping anyone? And no, Chess is not racist because there were no racially-motivated factors when the game was established officially. The "White" and "Black" in Chess have absolutely NOTHING to do with race!
