When youre annoyed that you lost, take a break, if you look at my games you see winning streak after losing streak after winning streak, the losing streaks are from when I continued playing after being frustrated from unecessary losses

solving puzzles can get you irritated at times, do enough puzzles to either get bored or irritated then take a break, don't push yourself when mad for the puzzle's difficulty
