Great site imo. You can focus on chess without the major distractions of other people. No chatting is also good for the kids on there. (:

Not true. What if I wanna chat with my friends? More importantly, what if I wanna give pointers to lower rated players? Or to point out something my opponent missed after it's no longer relevant so that they can analyze it after the game and improve? And, when I play Ukrainian opponents, I type "Slava Ukrani" into the chat.

Banning chat here would ban all of that. And there should be platforms available without it, but not the main chess sites for adults. Additionally, you can literally go into settings and disable chat if you want to without suggesting removing it for everyone else.
