Chess Memory Loss

Today and yesterday, I have seemed to have forgotten some of my opening preparation. Some middlegame positions I should know what to do from the top of my head, but I have completely forgotten. What is the cause of this? I mean, I'm playing Chess every day, mostly Daily games, not Live games.

I forgot some of it. I couldn't remember the rest. But some of my memory has recovered.

I guess the reason why I had memory loss was because I have been looking at Daily games too much without playing much Live Chess.

Not sure Jonathan, but it's fine to forget some lines we don't play often.

Hm. if you don't use it you lose it . . 

I forgot how to play a lot of piano but i remember all the cord positions . . .

I can't strum the guitar i forgot most of the cord finger positions . . .

I forgot how to change positions and release of my bowling balls for rolling strikes.

You don't use. It you lose it. . .

One day i was playing chess and everything was easy. I could visualize all the pieces without trying. So i posted the feeling since it never happened before .
