Chess Notebook

I’ve been playing chess for a few weeks and I decided to make a chess notebook. Any ideas on what to include in the notebook that would be beneficial?
Including a couple opening lines could help. Another option is to note your mistakes after you play a game (Hung a piece, ran out of time) just to make you more aware of them, and then you can decide how to rid them
