For black-latvian gambit, there's a good video on YouTube by chesspage 1, it's very aggressive and has a high win rate since most people haven't seen it before. My 1600 elo friend plays it and he usually gets a totally winning position in the midgame. Trust me, and go watch the video it's like 7 min or smthn so not that long.
For white, I play the halloween gambit cuz it's fun and the opponent usually blunders in the opening anyways. It's fun but probably not the best idea for elo grinding.
