Chess players always salty after losing to Chinese players

Every time, I beat someone in a certain time control, for chess, they accuse me of cheating, and cuss at me in their local language or English. They demean the Chinese nationality. I really think moderators should look into this.

Yeah, I have reported countless times already, but the moderators haven't taken action on my reports yet.

You can 

• Block them
• Disable chat in the beginning of the game. 

This game is a bunch of nerds who get all of their social validation from chess. Spiteful trash talkers are gonna emerge.

Generally speaking, you won't know if action is taken. When using the report function, staff handle them and they have to look at previous reports/behavior and if there is merit to the report, there is a process depending on the history and severity. So, they may just forward along a message about the community policies, they may give a warning, or they may mute. In severe cases they might close for abuse, but the others will be transparent to the reporter.

Sorry, but Chinese players are more likely to cheat. It's pretty common

#9 not chinese, but india, egypt, bangladesh, myanmar, indonesia, filiphine are the largest cheater user in this site. I prefer to abort against them
