chess players are bad

If you play the right moves against an opponent who is running around, especially using pre-moves, then a lot of the time you can catch up w/ them and mate them up.  To do that requires some very quick tactical thinking.  I'm not sure what your goal is though.  Keeping a log that shows how many games a player won on time or won by checkmate/resignation seems a tad bit flawed.  If your opponent just let his time run out, you won on time.  Sure, that is where the idea of the time log comes in, but seriously, who is going to go through the website and find all the people who do not suit your parameters of what constitutes a legitimate chess player?  For those who are willing to waste that kind of time, what are you going to do?  Block them?  Create another thread saying, that chess.com should make all of it's players' information available on demand to suit a minority?

I'm not trying to be rude to you because of your rating, but most people who waste their time playing bullet and fast blitz when they are still starting out, or don't know enough about the game are just wasting their time.  Which, you too are wasting your time playing those games.  If you must play blitz, play 5/2 or 5/5.  Get better at chess before playing the time controls that force players often times to rely on intuition, prudence, and over all experience.  I remember what it was like to be new to chess and I also remember my desire to improve (which you'll find doesn't go away once you see results).  I wish you the best of luck on your chess.

Can I sue players who are not following those guidelines?

I feel like it's really not fair.

I was thinking that you were talking seriously.

Thanks for making it clear that all was just a joke.
